The first level of ‘integrated clinical hypnosis’ is a practical course that contains following key contents.
Myth Vs. The science of Hypnosis: Since more than a century, scientific researches are conducted on hypnosis, typically in the fields of psychology and medicine.
Theory of Mind: ToM is the ability to understand own and others’ characteristics of mental state and to comprehend the differences. Furthermore, a human mind can be divided into two major parts- conscious and subconscious. The later one further contains primitive mind.
Hypnosis Induction Techniques: Hypnotic induction is the procedure followed by a therapist to get a client into the state of trance. The techniques covered in the course include- Finger Spreading, Arm Raising, Reverse Count, Auto-Dual Induction and more.
Hypnotic Suggestibility: It is a trait-like, individual difference variable reflecting the general tendency to respond to hypnosis and hypnotic suggestions. Research with standardized measures of hypnotic suggestibility has demonstrated that there are substantial individual differences in this variable.
Unleashing the Power of Sub-Conscious Mind: Using hypnosis to get deep into the subconscious mind and witness how merely a thought can change the reality.
